The Hospitality Team:  We are very proud of Kimsy, Sopheak and Sokim who have completed and graduated from a one year course at Paul duBrule Hospitality and Tourism School in Siem Reap.  They are working on our hospitality training vessel "MV Kep Gardens" and will be employed in the bungalows and restaurant when they are built.  They will also form the core group to teach practical skills in our hospitality school.  Pheara is a trainee cook, preparing the snacks and meals for the boat cruises on MV Kep Gardens.
